dc.descriptionAn example of a Registered Nurse's Graduation Certificate circa 1930's. The exact time this format was used is unknown. This certificate was awarded to Caroline Mary McInness in 1932. Reading, Warrnambool and District Base Hospital Training School for Nurses. Warrnambool July 2 1932. This is to certify that Caroline Mary McInnes has served a three years term of training as a Pupil Nurse in the wards of this Hospital, (including the nursing of sick children and gynaecological patients) also in the Operation Theatre and Out-Patients and Casualty Departments. During this period she has attended the prescribed course of Lectures, and has has passed the prescribed examinations and is qualified to act as a Trained General Nurse. Signed by M.
